The TARS Lunch Bunch meets every Thursday around 11:30am.  Our gathering plans are as follows:

PLAN A             (Normal Mode)

Bring Your Own (BYO) lunch and chair as we sit under the trees at Tom Brown Park. The area is where we have our Field Day site or NE of the tennis courts. This is the default mode unless notified of a change by email or on the repeater (443.95). - SEE PLAN "D" BELOW

PLAN B             (Inclement weather)

The alternate process described above is followed with inside dining at the American Red Cross (ARC) and the same BYO lunch format, except chairs and tables are provided. Start time is the same but we will have to arrange the room as needed and return it to the original configuration after lunch. We must remove all trash and clean the tables.

PLAN C             (Backup)

In the unforeseen event that the ARC is not available, the fall back will have to be inside dining at Hobbit. Again, watch for emails or a notice on the repeater in the morning before lunch.

PLAN D

For the purpose of escaping excess QRM, North Florida heat, and ant piles, we are trying out our Field Day location at Tom Brown Park for lunch. We can be found at the "circle" under the oak trees between the tennis court and soccer field!

Please come and join us for fellowship, occasional "show - and - tell", and a plethora of support and encouragement for the "whole" ham!
